This app is run by GMI Games LLC, doing business as Nexus Tabletop Games ("we", "us"). This page explains what information the app collects, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email info@nexustabletopgames.com.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, your email address and your password. Passwords are stored in scrambled form, so we cannot read them.
• Membership details: if you have a membership with us, we read your membership tags and your store credit balance from our Shopify store, matched by your email address. We show them to you in the app.
• Item holds: the items you ask us to set aside, and when you asked.
• Messages you send us: ideas and bug reports you send from the Suggest an idea page.
• VIP chat, friends and private messages: if you are a VIP member, the messages you send in the VIP chat and to friends, and who your friends are.
• Comments and likes: comments and likes you add to announcements.
• Notifications: if you turn on notifications, we store a code that identifies your device so we can send them.
• How you use the app: which pages you open, which buttons and links you tap, what you search for in our stock, and when you were last active. We use this to improve the app. We never record what you type into forms or your password.

How we use it

To run your account, show your membership and store credit, handle your holds, send the notifications you asked for, and make the app better. We do not sell your information and we do not show ads.

Who else handles it

We use trusted services to run the app. They process data for us and may not use it for their own purposes:

• Supabase, for sign-in and our database.
• Vercel, to host the app.
• Shopify, for our store, memberships and store credit.
• Resend, to send emails such as sign-up confirmations.
• Google Calendar, for event listings. It receives no information about you.

Who can see it

Our owners and staff can see your name, your membership level and your holds so they can help you. Only our owners can see usage statistics. Our owners can also read the VIP chat and private messages between VIP members to keep the community safe and to look into reports. Every time an owner opens a private conversation it is recorded. Other members cannot read your private messages. Names shown to other members are shortened, for example "Patrick T.".

Messages may be reviewed

Messages in the VIP chat and private messages between VIP members can be read by our store owners. We do this to keep the community safe, to look into reports, and to enforce our Terms and Conditions. Each time an owner opens a private conversation, it is recorded. Other members cannot read your private messages, and we do not share them with anyone outside the store unless the law requires it.

Agreeing to these documents

The first time you sign in, we ask you to agree to our Terms and Conditions and this policy. We ask again once a year and whenever we change them. If you do not agree, you are signed out and cannot use the app. We keep a record of when you agreed or declined.

Your choices

• You can turn notifications off in your phone or browser settings at any time.
• You can delete your account whenever you like. See how to delete your account. This removes your profile, holds and notification codes. Messages you sent us and usage statistics are kept without your name attached.
• You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to fix it, by emailing us.

Children

The app is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
