These terms apply to your use of the Nexus Tabletop Games app, run by GMI Games LLC, doing business as Nexus Tabletop Games ("we", "us"). By signing in and tapping "I agree", you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• Give us your real name and a working email address, and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the My account page.

Memberships, store credit and events

• Membership levels, store credit and VIP access shown in the app come from our store system. If something looks wrong, our store records are the final word and our team will help you fix it.
• Events, times and stock shown in the app can change. Stock numbers are a guide, not a promise.
• Item holds are a courtesy, not a purchase. We hold an item for a limited number of days, and we may release it afterward or if it is not collected.

Being a good community member

This applies to the VIP chat, private messages, comments, suggestions and anything else you post. Do not:

• harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone;
• post sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content;
• share other people's private information;
• spam, advertise, or pretend to be someone else;
• try to break, overload or get around the app's protections.

You can report any message or comment with the Report button, and you can block people you do not want to hear from.

Messages may be reviewed

Messages in the VIP chat and private messages between VIP members are not secret from the store. Our owners can read them to keep the community safe, to look into reports, and to enforce these terms. Each time an owner opens a private conversation it is recorded. Other members cannot read your private messages. Do not send anything through the app that you would not want the store owners to see.

What we can do

• We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
• We may change or stop features of the app at any time.
• We may change these terms. When we do, we will ask you to agree again. We also ask once a year.

If you do not agree

If you do not agree to these terms or to the Privacy Policy, you will be signed out and will not be able to use the app. The owners are told when this happens.

Limits

The app is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the app.
